An example from many series of user testing done on multiple flows and product segments. Planning, moderating, analysis and reporting of one of the user testing sessions done on one of the major flows. In this flow, users want to switch their gas and electricity providers and join the new utility company. The tests were done in an in-house lab where other observers (different roles in the product team and different stakeholders) could watch from another room while the session was being broadcasted to the observations room. The users were recruited in a mix of current and potential customers.
